About the firm

Administration is a profession. We practise it accordingly.

LEVION CORPORATE SERVICES LTD operates from Limassol under the supervision of the Cyprus Bar Association, Licence No. 2197. We administer companies, trusts and fiduciary structures for clients who expect their Cyprus presence to be examined — by banks, auditors, tax authorities and counterparties — and to pass the examination every time.

The firm, in one paragraph

LEVION CORPORATE SERVICES LTD is a Limassol-based administrative service provider regulated by the Cyprus Bar Association under Licence No. 2197. The firm administers Cyprus companies, International Trusts and fiduciary structures for multinational groups, family offices and technology companies, performing the licensed activities of Article 4, L.196(I)/2012, and introducing tax, audit, banking and legal work to independent licensed specialists.

The firm

Why clients move their administration to us.

Most of our mandates arrive the same way: a structure that was set up cheaply, administered casually, and has now met something serious — a bank review, a group audit, a transaction. The remediation costs more than doing it properly would have. We exist so that our clients only have that experience once.

Senior people on every mandate

The person you meet at the scoping call is the person accountable afterwards. Questions from your bank, your auditor or your counsel are answered by someone who knows the file — usually the same day.

Documentation as a discipline

Minutes signed the week the decision is made. Registers reconciled against the Registrar annually. Files built once, to a standard every later reviewer can reuse. Administration and fiduciary work reward continuity and institutional habits, not transactional execution.

Discretion with a paper trail

We act for private clients, family offices and international groups whose affairs are nobody else’s business — and we keep them private the defensible way: full compliance, full records, disclosed to those entitled to ask and to no one else.

Honest about the perimeter

We perform what our licence covers and introduce what it does not — tax, audit, banking, legal, immigration — to independent specialists we vet and coordinate. No blurred lines, because blurred lines become your problem, not ours.

Accountability

Who answers for the work.

Every mandate is led by a named senior member of the firm, supervised under our Bar Association licence. We introduce the individuals — with their credentials and regulatory appointments — at the first call, and confirm them in the engagement letter, so accountability is personal from day one.

Mandate acceptance · client relationships

Managing Director

Leads every scoping call and decides which mandates the firm accepts. Accountable to clients — and to the regulator — for the standard of the work across the practice.

Registers · filings · corporate records

Head of Administration

Owns the compliance calendar: statutory registers, resolutions, annual returns and UBO filings for every entity we administer, reconciled against the Registrar’s record.

AML · onboarding · supervisory reporting

Compliance Officer (MLCO)

Designated money-laundering compliance officer under L.188(I)/2007: onboarding due diligence, risk assessment, ongoing monitoring and reporting to the supervisory authority.

Individual CVs, professional memberships and confirmation of our professional indemnity cover are provided to prospective clients and their advisers on request.

Governance & compliance

The framework we operate under — and hold ourselves to.

Supervision

Authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Bar Association, Licence No. 2197, including AML supervision under the CBA’s directive for administrative service providers.

Legislation

L.196(I)/2012 on administrative services; the Companies Law, Cap. 113; the International Trusts Law, L.69(I)/1992 as amended; the AML law, L.188(I)/2007, as amended.

Internal controls

Documented AML/KYC procedures, client risk assessment, sanctions and PEP screening, record-keeping and monitoring, with a designated compliance officer and annual review.

Insurance

Professional indemnity insurance is maintained covering the firm’s licensed activities. Confirmation of cover is available to clients and their advisers on request.

Data

Client records are processed under GDPR and Cyprus data-protection law, retained for the statutory periods and accessible to regulators on lawful request — and otherwise to no one.

Counterparties

Our compliance framework is built to face outward: banks, auditors and counterparties receive complete, consistent answers within their deadlines, which is most of what “bankable” means.
