We do not publish a rate card, because no two mandates cost the same — the fee follows the structure, not the filing. Answer as much of this as you can and we will come back with a fixed fee, or with the one or two questions we need answered first.

How we quote

LEVION quotes per mandate rather than from a price list. The fee is driven by how many officers are appointed, whether shares are held by a nominee, whether a trust sits above the company, how complex the ownership chain is for due diligence, and which introduced services are required. Whatever the figure, it is fixed in the engagement letter — with the scope and named responsibilities — before any work begins.

The structure

These are what actually drive the fee. Rough answers are fine — “not decided yet” is a real answer and often the reason to talk.

This drives how much due diligence work a mandate carries, which is usually the largest single variable in the fee.

Introduced services

Performed by independent licensed specialists, not by us — but we coordinate them, and knowing now means the quote covers the whole engagement rather than half of it.
